Nicholas D'angelo receives the Outstanding Sophomore Award

Held annually, The University of Akron LIFE (legacy, integrity, fellowship, excellence) Awards honors students, faculty, and campus organizations that have demonstrated the LIFE values.

At this year's event, Nicholas D'angelo of Hartville, OH, won the Outstanding Sophomore Award. The Omicron Delta Kappa Outstanding Sophomore Award is presented annually to students showing exemplary academic work, involvement in extracurricular activities, and a broad base of awareness and leadership. All undergraduate applicants must have between 32-63 credits at the time of submission and a minimum 3.5 accumulative grade point average.
