Rebecca Austin recognized as outstanding student

Rebecca Austin of Grafton, OH has received the Summit College Outstanding Student Award for Automated Manufacturing Engineering Technology at UA. In order to be recognized, you fulfilled the requirements necessary for academic achievement in Engineering and Science Technology. You were then recommended by a faculty member and voted on by the entire faculty within Engineering and Science Technology.

These honors are given out towards the end of the spring semester each year; however, the fall semester courses may be the determining factor in many cases for the Outstanding Student Awards. The Outstanding Student Awards are presented by the chair of each department, and the scholarship awards are presented by Assistant Dean Stephen Motika.
